Our Strategy is to utilise sound business principles to build a sustainable enterprise for the achievement of our vision. We recognise the need for good corporate governance and see the NDIS Practice Standards as a foundation. We also recognise that this is a people business and our staff are pivotal to the success of our mission. Our human resource practices must be best practiced to secure qualified, enthusiastic, caring individuals who are fresh in their approach and focused on client outcomes.
